What We Can Do For You
From attending official offices to signing documents and attending meetings — we are your trusted proxy on the ground.
We attend the Sub-Registrar, Tehsil office, or Arazi Record Centre on your behalf — collecting documents, submitting applications, or representing you at official hearings.
With a valid Written Authorization, we can sign sale deeds, transfer documents, tenancy agreements, or any official paperwork that requires your physical signature in Pakistan.
We attend meetings with buyers, sellers, solicitors, housing society officials, or government departments — and report back to you with full notes and next steps.
We liaise directly with any Pakistani solicitor or advocate you have engaged, attending court appearances where required and relaying information to you in plain English.
We attend physical possession or handover events on your behalf — accepting keys, inspecting the property, and documenting the handover officially.
Sometimes you simply need a trusted, professional person on the ground to make enquiries, check on a property, or deal with an ad hoc situation. We are available for that too.
The Legal Mechanism
A Written Authorization (Power of Attorney) is what makes remote representation legally possible. It is an official document where you authorise a specific person to act on your behalf for defined purposes.
For UK-based clients, the process is straightforward: you sign the Written Authorization at the Pakistani High Commission in London, Birmingham, or Manchester. It is then attested by the High Commission, making it officially valid in Pakistan. We handle all the legal drafting and logistics — you simply attend the High Commission appointment.
Once in place, our representative can legally attend offices, sign documents, and complete transactions on your behalf anywhere in Pakistan — with the same legal standing as if you were physically present.
Important:
We draft Written Authorizations that are specifically scoped — covering only the exact tasks you instruct us for. We never take blanket authority over your property affairs.
