Welcome to NRP Properties. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

NRP Properties UK acts as an independent property advocate and representative. Our services include property investigation, verification, representation via Written Authorization, sale coordination, and property occupation resolution. We are not a law firm, and we do not provide formal legal advice.

2. Written Authorization (Consent)

To perform services on your behalf, you must grant a Written Authorization specifically scoped for the property and service. You agree to provide true, accurate details. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccuracies in NADRA databases or embassy appointments.

3. Payment Terms

Fees are outlined in your individual service agreement. Standard terms include:

• Upfront payment is required for property investigation and documentation services before on-ground operations commence.
• Management fees for rental: Deducted monthly from rental collections.
• Sale coordination fee: Agreed percentage paid upon successful final registry transfer.
• All official government duties (taxes, registry fees) are documented and paid directly by the client.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel a service agreement within 14 days of signing, provided no on-ground physical actions or official filings have commenced in Pakistan. If work has commenced, refunds will be prorated based on the investigative or representational work already completed by our local teams.

5. Limitations & Liability Cap

We act as your representative using professional expertise and diligence. However, registry authority timelines and government transfers are subject to official boards. We do not guarantee specific timelines for government processes. Our maximum liability for any claim arising out of our services is strictly limited to the total service fee paid by the client to NRP Properties UK for that specific instruction.

6. Data Protection (GDPR)

We handle your sensitive property documents, identity cards (NICOP), and personal data in strict compliance with UK GDPR regulations. Data is shared with our on-ground legal and inspection teams in Pakistan only on a strictly "need-to-know" basis to execute your instructions.

7. Governing Rule

These Terms of Service and any service agreements signed in the UK are governed by the rules of England and Wales. Official representations and land actions executed in Pakistan are governed by the relevant land and civil rules of the Traditional Inheritance Republic of Pakistan.
